Terms of use
Last updated: 13 August 2026
These terms cover use of cubetek.dev and enquiries sent through it. Paid engineering work is governed by a written engagement, not this page alone.
The site
cubetek.dev is the public site of Cubetek Lab. Content is provided as-is for information. We may change copy, products listed, or availability of forms without notice.
Enquiries are not a contract
Sending a contact or invest form is a request to talk, not an offer we are bound to accept. We may decline work that is a poor fit. Scoping calls and written terms (scope, fees, IP, timeline) come after that conversation.
Client work and IP
For client engagements, the default we describe on the site still applies once agreed in writing: production code lands in your repositories and you keep the keys. Cubetek-owned products (including Now360, Rawio, and Cubetek 2.0) remain Cubetek’s unless a separate deal says otherwise.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the forms (spam, malware, illegal content) or attempt to disrupt the site. We may ignore or block abusive submissions.
Liability
The website and its materials are provided without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, Cubetek is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Liability for paid work is set in the engagement agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
